Why is the privacy policy being revised?

It's time. The original policy was created several years ago, and a lot has changed since then. The Internet, the software industry, and customers' needs and expectations have changed, and so have we. For one thing, we've become a bigger family of companies, offering you more services. And we're constantly creating new features and capabilities to better tailor our services to your needs.

What are some of the changes from the old privacy policy?

• We clarify that we may communicate with you through e-mail, postal mail, or the telephone.

• We explain how we may share your information with third-party service providers who perform various functions for us, including customer service, marketing, and business analytics. These service providers are strictly prohibited from using this information for any other purpose.

• We may now share your information within the Engineered Software, Inc. family of companies (which includes PUMP-FLO.com, PUMP-FLO Solutions, and Flow of Fluids) in order to provide you with seamless software services. For example, if you download a pump manufacturers catalog from eng-software.com, we may share this information with PUMP-FLO.com so they can communicate with you about special PUMP-FLO products, training and newsletters. As always, you have the choice to "opt out" from such information or special offers from any Engineered Software, Inc. company.
