1981	Aug	IBM introduces its personal computer with Microsoft's 16-bit operating system, MS-DOS 1.0
	Nov	PIPE-FLO Version 1.0 written for up to 16 Pipeline calculations
1982	Apr	PIPE-FLO Version 2.0 written and able to calculate up to 100 pipelines in a database
	Jun	ORI-FLO 2.0 developed to size flow meters and orifices for use in PIPE-FLO
	May	ESI Formed & Opened First Office in Tumwater, Washington
1983	Jan	ESI Gets First Feature Article in POWER Magazine "Getting the Most from Your Desktop Computer"
	Jun	ESI Develops SYS-FLO for use with PIPE-FLO Version 2.0 to calculate series pipelines
1985	Sep	ESI Develops NET-FLO in order to build network pipelines
1986	Apr	ESI Creates PUMP-FLO Pump Selection Software Program
	Sep	NET-FLO, ORI-FLO, CON-FLO, SYS-FLO & PIPE-FLO combined into one program called the COMPLETE FLO-SERIES
1987	May	ESI Incorporates
	Oct	ESI Releases PIPE-FLO version 3.87 an MS/DOS version using the faster 8087 Math Co-Processor
1989	Mar	ESI Creates First Branded Version of PUMP-FLO (Under Windows Version 1) called the Aurora Pump ESCAPE program
	Oct	ESI Moves from Tumwater, Washington to Olympia, Washington with seven permanent employees
	Dec	ESI Releases FLO-SERIES Version 3.9
1991	Apr	ESI Releases PIPE-FLO Version 4 combining PIPE-FLO and NET-FLO in the first Windows version, (first time a Network version was offered)
1996	Feb	ESI Headquarters moves from Olympia, WA to Lacey, WA in order to expand to 24 permanent employees
	Mar	ESI Creates PIPE-FLO Lite, a 25 pipeline version of PIPE-FLO for smaller system design
	Apr	ESI Releases PUMP-FLO Version 5, CON-FLO Version 5, and ORI-FLO Version 5
1997	Mar	ESI Releases PIPE-FLO Version 5 and Introduces first available FLO-Sheet interface

2001	May	ESI Announces PIPE-FLO Version 7.0 - A Compete Rewrite of PIPE-FLO into 32-bit, including all functionality of PUMP-FLO, CON-FLO, ORI-FLO into a single program. ORI-FLO and CON-FLO no longer sold separately.
