2005 Engineered Software Wrap-Up and Thanks |
|
2005 was a banner year for Engineered Software, Inc. We released
two new programs - PIPE-FLO Overtime and the PIPE-FLO Software
Development Kit. We also released updates to all of our other
programs including PIPE-FLO Professional, Compressible, Stock and
Lite. We conducted 6 FLO-MASTER Seminars around the country,
5 of which sold out. We exhibited our products at multiple tradeshows
and members of our team traveled throughout the country visiting with
current customers and prospective clients. In addition, our products
were featured in countless trade publications helping to spread the word
on how our programs are helping to make engineers lives easier. |

Through all of our success, we made certain to keep customer-focused and
we worked hard to create programs that are both easy-to-use and
comprehensive engineering tools. We would like to thank you for all the
feedback you have provided us throughout the year as we use your input
to make certain that we provide the best tools in the industry. Most of

PIPE-FLO Feature of the Month
Balancing A System |
|
This month’s article will show how PIPE-FLO makes it easy to conduct
system balancing. Often cooling and heating piping systems aren’t
balanced to deliver the required flow rate to the various loads. Two
things occur when this happens. |

More fluid is being pumped
through the system, which increases pumping cost.
-
The extra flow through the
various paths cannot be used for future system load expansion, which
increases the capitol cost.

The first class will be held in Las Vegas, NV on February 16 and 17.

The seminars are two days, with the second day completely focused on
real-world examples and hands-on use of the program. Examples will
include advanced pump selection, variable frequency drive analysis,
advanced controls, balancing a system, system expansion and building a
system from scratch. |

We displayed our PIPE-FLO product line at the AHR Expo in
Chicago January 23 - 25. In addition, our Chief Engineer, Ray
Hardee, P.E. presented PIPE-FLO Overtime in the AHR Expo’s New
Product Technology Theater. |

In February, Ray Hardee will be in Tampa, FL on February 22nd and
23rd meeting with prospects and clients. Ray will also be in Detroit,
MI the week of March 20th to meet with current and prospective
customers. |
