Engineered Software will be displaying our PIPE-FLO product line at two
upcoming tradeshows. We will be at WEFTEC in Washington, DC from
October 30 – November 2. Check us out at Booth 5621 in Hall A
of the Washington Convention Center. We will also be at the Chem Show
at the Javits Center in New York City from November 1 – November 3.
We will be showing PIPE-FLO in Booth 1100. |

In addition, we have been granted a speaking slot at the Chem Show’s
New Product Technology Theater. Our Chief Engineer, Ray Hardee
will be presenting PIPE-FLO Overtime – A Dynamic Problem
Solving Simulation Tool on Tuesday, November 1 at 3:00pm in
Theater A. |

PIPE-FLO Feature of the Month
Creating a Control Valve Catalog in PIPE-FLO |
|
With PIPE-FLO’s control valve selection module, you can select and
evaluate valves from catalogs on disk. Once you have selected a valve,
you can import it into your PIPE-FLO model. If a manufacturer's catalog
is not available, you can create and edit your own user catalog with the
catalog creation program (C-Library) included with PIPE-FLO. |

Training Opportunities
Las Vegas Sells Out – No More Classes in 2005 |
|
Our upcoming Las Vegas FLO-MASTER Seminar has already sold out, marking
the end of a successful year of training classes. We plan to announce
our 2006 schedule in November – so keep an eye out in next month’s
e-newsletter for our upcoming destinations. |

If you are interested in having corporate training for a group of your
engineers, we do conduct on-site training throughout the year. Please
contact your territory manager if you would like more information on
hosting a training class. |

The seminars are two days, with the second day completely focused on
real-world examples and hands-on use of the program. Examples will
include advanced pump selection, variable frequency drive analysis,
advanced controls, balancing a system, system expansion and building a
system from scratch. |
